Elysian Capital supports Gravity Global with fifth US acquisition

Elysian Capital III LP (“Elysian”) is pleased to announce that Gravity Global (“Gravity”), the world’s most awarded B2B and complex markets growth marketing consultancy, has acquired Denver-based social media agency VOCO. This investment will further enhance Gravity Global’s organic social media capabilities, confirming the agency’s reputation as a dominant player in brand-to-demand marketing.
VOCO’s expertise spans both organic and paid social, design and content strategy, deepening Gravity Global’s already strong capabilities. The 17-year-old agency has proven experience servicing industries where Gravity Global is already a specialized leader. Some of VOCO’s notable brands include Transamerica Corporation, Cummins, Campbell’s, noosa, and Rao’s.
The acquisition of VOCO will support Gravity Global’s ambition to enhance the group’s integrated full-funnel marketing activities. The new team will help supercharge Gravity’s existing social media talent and will be integrated into its global digital experience capability. This addition drives Gravity’s strategy of integrating social, content and public relations as core ingredients of a successful communications program.
